Xtreme Soulutions is serving our community with many dynamic programs that are rebuilding families and individuals for self sufficiency. 

Workplace Readiness - This powerful and instructional course is designed to assist and prepare our members for successful reentry into the workforce. The 15 day course includes instruction for the job search process, resume writing, how to apply for employment, how to retain employment and how to advance within your career field.

Life Coaching/Mentors - When members enroll in our year long program to become successful and self sufficient they are connected to a life coach/mentor. Their coach will be in constant contact with them for assistance in career placement, community resources, encouragement, and life skills training that includes budgeting for financial stability.

Community Connections - Xtreme Soulutions began on the job training for individuals in 2007. We birthed our first small business Cleaning Concepts to teach and train customer service as well as business operations and management. In 2009 Business Concepts was established to teach and train administrative skills and basic accounting in small business operations. Xtreme Soulutions asks local businesses to participate in our training by hiring Cleaning Concepts and Business Concepts to serve their needs for janitorial service and maintenance as well as their accounting needs to further the education of our members.

Operation Launch - Xtreme Soulutions has been invited by the Florida Department of Corrections to begin our program in the Marion Correctional Institute in July 2009. We will be integrating our community projects into the prison system which will ensure successful reentry of ex-offenders into Marion County. They will continue with the Xtreme Soulutions team upon their transition into the community for one year to establish healthy life styles, family reunification, spiritual guidance, substance abuse counseling, education, and employment training for financial stability.
