We have created a division of Xtreme Soulutions to create jobs and revenue to sustain employment for those who are in need and want to create a better future for themselves. It is a development program that brings together local businesses and faith-based organizations and provides mentoring, job training, leadership training, one-on-one counseling, and financial/budget management.

Xtreme Soulution conducts personal interviews and background checks on all potential employees. We follow up with monthly updates, on the job visits, employer recruitment, and employer satisfaction - for all of those employed.

We have created different opportunities for training and employment through Cleaning Concepts (a professional cleaning company) Business Concepts (an accounting and basic business procedures and operations division) and Community Connections that serve local business owners, churches and the individual home owners of Marion County since 2004.
