- Our workplace readiness course provides training and resources for successful job searching, retaining employment and team work.
- We have a three part curriculum that is made up of 9 sections throughout the course.
- It trains and teaches clients to collect data for job searches that are effective and desired by employers.
- It trains our clients to use resources for finding employment, resume posting, and interview situations.
- This course empowers clients to learn how to adapt when working within a team setting and how to effectively lead a team for a desired outcome for the organization they are employed with.
- The student will confidently transition into the workforce with skills needed for their desired field.

- Our Cleaning Concepts division provides clients with business operations training, leadership skills, customer service satisfaction, and a willingness to serve our customers.
- Clients who are eligible for this division are mentored and trained in business operations by working within a team that provides service to residential, commercial, and our new construction customers.
- They are trained in customer service, phone etiquette, business management, efficient scheduling, and office management

- Within our program, classes are held for additional leadership training utilizing the irrefutable laws of leadership, and how to recognize and manage dysfunctions within a team

- Our life coaches are trained and qualified through our Life Coach workshops held throughout the year at Xtreme Soulutions.
- They are committed to train, equip, and empower our students to strengthen their families for healthy living.
- They will be a life coach, mentor, friend, teacher, and spiritual parent for our students.
- All of our life coaches are volunteers, and have a passion for instilling the foundation and values of Jesus Christ into our clients, who will, in turn, add value to generations to come.

 Business ConceptsBookkeeping Personalized for Your Business Administrative small business finance management available, communication with accountants, monthly bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and sales tax returns. Will teach and train eligible On-the-Job Trainees all aspects of business finances from data entry to reconciliation of books The strategic screening of on-the-job trainees will provide the necessary assurance and security to protect sensitive information. We conduct personal interviews and background checks on all potential employees.
